  Remote Tech Support is for customers who would like their computers problems resolved, at time of their convenience, over the Internet.  How hard is this?

1. Customer call and setup and appointment that is convenient for them.

2. A technician calls at the appointed time.

3. The technician determines the level of service with the client.

4. The client pays for the level of service with a major credit card.

5. Customers are directed to a web site on the Internet that is secure and protected and login with an access number giving the technician access to their computer.

6. The technician resolves the problem or if its determined that is hard ware related, direct the customer to a location or company that can assist with the problem.

Basic We can clean and remove virus'and spyware from your computer. We can install and configure your protective software; Anti-virus, firewalls, IDS, popup blocker, filter software for kids; Nannyware.
Standard

We can install and configure your application(s).

We can diagnosis and resolve problems with the Windows.

We provide intermediary service for clients with 3rd party provider. i.e. We can call Dell or Gateway to resolve your problems with their support.

Advance

We can install and configure your professional and business application(s) on Windows.

We can service, support and maintain your Windows server(s).

Additional Information

  • Minimum Requirement for service; 500MHZ Processor, 128MB RAM, Window Millennium, 56k-V90 Modem.
  • All major Credit Cards accepted
  • A $20 appointment fee of will be charged to your credit card at the time of your appointment unless appointment is cancelled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
  • Appointments Taken Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM. Members can call 24/7
  • Non-member must call during working hours.
  • Not all problems can be diagnosed and/or resolved.
  • All time is rounded up to the closest 15 minute increment.
  • Checks must clear before any service is rendered or Membership Plan is activated.
  • Minutes can be accumulated and rolled-over from month to month, but will expire at the end of the Membership period.
